Our House in Sioux City, Iowa

When your child needs medical care far from home, the last thing you should worry about is where to sleep. The Ronald McDonald House of Siouxland helps your family stay close.

Our house at 2500 Nebraska Street welcomes families with a child age 21 or younger receiving inpatient or outpatient treatment at area hospitals, rehabilitation centers, or therapy facilities. We offer seven private bedrooms for overnight stays. Families who don't need overnight accommodations can use our Day Pass Program, available from 8 am to 8 pm

We suggest a $5-per-night donation to help cover costs. But if a family can't give, that's okay. Thanks to our community's generosity, we never turn a family away for an inability to pay.

Who Can Stay

Families must live outside an 8-mile radius of our house and have a child age 21 or younger receiving medical treatment.

All adults staying overnight or using a Day Pass must complete a background check to keep our guests safe.

How To Register

Simply ask your nurse, unit liaison, or hospital counselor to call us at (712) 255-4084 and refer your family.
