Welcome to the Ronald McDonald House in Sioux City. Our house is open to  families with a child age 21 and younger receiving medical care. That includes both in-patient and out-patient treatment at the hospitals or other rehabilitation or therapy facility. Families can stay overnight in one of our seven bedrooms or use the services provided at RMHC of Siouxland from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. as part of our Day Pass Program. Families from all approved medical agencies in Siouxland may stay at RMHC of Siouxland. Ask your unit liaison or counselor for more information. We do not charge families a fee, but are welcome to give a donation of $5 a night to help defray costs. If a family cannot pay, their requested donation is waived. Thanks to donor contributions, no family is ever turned away because of an inability to pay.

To Register

It's easy to register for a room or to obtain a Day Pass at RMHC of Siouxland. Simply ask a nurse, unit liaison or counselor at the medical facility to call and refer your family. For a family to qualify to stay at RMHC of Siouxland, you must live outside an 8-mile radius of the RMHC of Siouxland house and have a child receiving medical treatment who is 21 years of age or younger. For the safety and security of our guests, all adults using RMHC of Siouxland for overnight or Day Pass must undergo a background check.
